InterNET Services is the largest company of it’s kind in the world manufacturing
education, inspiration and motivation tools for a vast network of Independent
Business Owners. I presently Manage the Interactive Media department.Management
responsibilities:
Responsible for managing and directing the functionality, development,
and design of:
- 16 organizational servers, that serve up information
to a subscription based internet and intranet replicated web presence.

- Constant functionality and usability upgrades
to the replicated site to meet the needs of each organizational site.
- Maintenance and posting of time sensitive content
via a global admin site.
- Redesigned and successfully launched a major
upgrade to the sites – the entire site and site utilities were first
built in a full mock up version for final approval before the project
was given to our technology partner for development.
- Designed a lead generating mockup site for ISC’s
international department before the project was handed over to our technology
partners for development.
- Provided site architecture including a back
end e-commerce module.
- Provide high level customer service and trouble
shooting for Organizational Leaders.
- Coordinate and facilitate a multi organizational
task force to constantly monitor and access product usability and value
to our customers.
- Design and develop and task force online forum
board for interactive feedback from the task force.
- Responsible for content and site maintenance
to ISC’s corporate and International site - http://www.InterNET-services.com
- Responsible for Design and development of ISC’s
Interactive educational and motivational multimedia CD-ROM’s.
- Responsible for design and development of ISC’s
teaching, training, and Event Marketing promotional Presentations.
Training and Marketing responsibilities:
- Hold On-site and events training seminars for
InterNET’s 16 Business Affiliate leaders and their business groups in
the functionality, and use of their replicated web presence
- Training InterNET internal staff and customer
service reps
- Design training and promotional animated presentations
for Events and show booths
- Design marketing and training publications
- Design and develop online help tutorials
